The thing with No is that you have to keep saying no and temptation continual is not easily navigatable and saying yes is easier yet you can't be in a pleasant habitation within yourself and with yourself
Saying Yes gratifies.
Saying No is what makes me live
This is where the separation occurs between man of steel and man of mud
Its hard to swallow yet this is the determining factor.
